We had looked at KIA Sorento SUV vehicles earlier aat another Texas KIA dealership and were not pleased with the experience. We finally made a hard decision to purchase the KIA Sorento SX and contaced Southwest KIA of Dallas, 1200 E. Northwest Highway, Dallas, TX. We we were greeted on the phone with friendliness and assurance that a large inventory of vehicles was on hand and available for immediate purchase. When we arrived at the dealership we were met by Mr. Jerry Tonubbee who became our guide and salesman. Mr. Tonubbee was courteous, friendly and was fully knowlegable of theKIA vehicle lineup. It must be emphasized that he guided us in our selection process, never putting any pressure on his time constraints or trying to steer us to a given vehicle. My wife changed her mind on the specific vehicle she thought shewanted some three different times. Mr. Tonubbee brought up the vehicles and patiently ler her drive each. Finally, she selected the vehicle on the showroom floor. This was no hurdle for Mr. Tonubbee; he simply made arangements to immediately drive the vehicle from the showroom to the parking lot. Mr. Tonubbee processed all the required forms to evaluate our credit an financing possibilities with the finance managaer, Mr. Keith Ameson. Mr. Ameson was equally effecient and courteous in assisting with our financing options.
