Southwest Kia in Mesquite has the very nicest, knowledgeable people. I have had many new cars, but the past 3 cars have been Kia's because of their outstanding warranty and the quality of the people that take care of me and my car. I very much appreciate it.

"Excellent Customer Service"

I came into the service department honestly a little shaken up and disappointed of how I had been recently treated at a dealership. I asked to speak to a manager because I was not confident I knew the right questions to ask the service department as I know nothing about vehicles- I was greeted with a smile by someone who genuinely cared about and was proud to give top quality customer service. Craig went above and beyond to assure I was being taken care of properly. He walked me through the entire process of what he was going to do and even went and picked up a part from somewhere himself so that I was not there waiting for it to be delivered. The service team was in and out updating me frequently so I knew what was going on. I was treated with the upmost respect and honesty and I highly recommend this dealership to everyone,

Heather greeted me with a smile even though i arrived at closing. She took the time to answer my questions and explain everything to me. i left my vehicle in her hands for service as well as inspection. She called promptly the next morning to advise when completed and advised how to proceed. She escorted me to the cashier and made sure my experience was successful. Thank you Heather!!

Setting up an appointment through the website was easy and the staff is friendly and helpful! I dropped off my car for an oil change and tire balance/rotation and was notified when it was ready. A ride was offered to me by Heather via their shuttle service but was not needed.

"Run around central "

Lied to by Craig about price of estimated repairs, length of time for diagnosis, whether he attempted to call me and left voicemail, whether he got my message after he did not call me, honoring the cost originally told about diagnostics. All together, disorganized and unprofessional! Svc manager attempted to rectify and was professional but damage was done. Will never use this service department again, therefore will never buy another car from this location (I’ve bought two)!
