I came to the dealership because my engine light was on check engine light. I got the report. I understand that car has over 100,000 miles on it so the report listed everything that should be done to the c check engine light. I got the report. I did take it to my normal repair shop. I had a number of things taken care of. I did leave a message with Heather that I was having to work done elsewhere. And I've received a couple of emails regarding the work that was quoted. I tried to respond to that email address and received a notice that it was undeliverable. I tried reaching out a couple of months ago about the hydraulics on the back hatch of my door and nobody ever got back to me. I don't think it's a good idea to lose all communication I'm talking talking not texting not emailing I've tried to reach you guys but nobody picks up the phone. So I will come back when I need some work done I have a recall I need to take care of, I hope you get this I've tried reaching you several ways. So thanks for your assistance I wish you the best More
