Call center people are gruff and not helpful. Service is backed up beyond acceptable time so they rush through without verifying repair. I had my oil changed and my tires rotated. While there I was told that a spring to take care of my airbag warning light would be in stock in a few days. I called to check on the status a few days later and was told that a spring to take care of my airbag warning light would be in stock in a few days. I called to check on the status a few days later and repeatedly was sent to voicemail. I would try to call back and I would be put on hold for 20 and 25 minutes before being transferred to a voicemail again. When I finally was able to talk to a human being, I was told that the part was now on back order. I asked to speak to someone to find out if this would prevent me from passing a state inspection and was transferred to talk to another person. However, I was sent to another voicemail. I have yet to receive a call to answer my questions. I’m very disappointed in this encounter with your service department. More
