The service department needs a lot better customer service. They promise to call on certain day and don’t and I called 3 days in a row and left messages and never got a call back. The only way I got any results was to call my sales guy Kelvin peoples. He returned my call on his day off and got results for me the very next day. Very pleased with my sales guy but very unhappy with the service department. It took them six days just to find out on my brand new less than two months old Kia carnival that The check engine light came on for no reason. Not happy with the service department at all. More

I went in and got a simple oil change, and not only did I have to wait three hours after they said it would be an hour and a half, I also had to get another oil change not even 2 weeks later because it wasn' have to wait three hours after they said it would be an hour and a half, I also had to get another oil change not even 2 weeks later because it wasn't done properly. Apparently my car had been done for a while but no one came to notify me. The only thing good that came from the experience is that I know what work I need to get done in the near future, but I won't be coming back to this dealership unless it's a last resort. More
