Headlight headache Thursday night driving home from work I notice my headlight was out so I knew I had to have it taken care of. Fast, Friendly and Fair I brought my Kia Forte in for it's scheduled servicing. I set the appointment via email mid-morning for 2:30 the same afternoon. I was greeted immedia I brought my Kia Forte in for it's scheduled servicing. I set the appointment via email mid-morning for 2:30 the same afternoon. I was greeted immediately as I got out the door of my car. While I waited in the clean and fresh customer service waiting area I availed myself to the free wi-fi and fresh coffee. About an hour and fifteen minutes later I was directed to my clean and serviced car. Very good experience in today's atmosphere of hit and miss customer service. More
