I asked to speak to a manager because I was not confident I knew the right questions to ask the service department as I know nothing about vehicles- I was greeted with a smile by someone who genuinely cared about and was proud to give top quality customer service. Craig went above and beyond to assure I was being taken care of properly. He walked me through the entire process of what he was going to do and even went and picked up a part from somewhere himself so that I was not there waiting for it to be delivered. The service team was in and out updating me frequently so I knew what was going on. I was treated with the upmost respect and honesty and I highly recommend this dealership to everyone, More
