Excellent service experience. Josh met me shortly after I delivered my Kia Optima for warranty work and advised me that my car would be in service for a week. He arranged to have Josh met me shortly after I delivered my Kia Optima for warranty work and advised me that my car would be in service for a week. He arranged to have Hertz Rental pick me up so that I could have another auto to drive while my car was at Kia Southwest. A week later Josh called to advise me that my car was ready, and I had no problem whatever in picking up my Kia. Excellent service experience! More

Good service as always! I never had any complaints from the good service in the Kia Mesquite dealership. This time I’ve got Heather for a routine oil change/tire rotation & I never had any complaints from the good service in the Kia Mesquite dealership. This time I’ve got Heather for a routine oil change/tire rotation & balance. She came several times to update me about the car and one she noticed me about my filter was in need of change. She brought me the filter and let me decide (yes it was dirty). After that she scored me when the car was ready. Very methodical and attentive. More

Promble solved. I had a problem where the engine light stay on. The service department ran a test, and was total I need a senor assy-oxy. This item was installed, I had a problem where the engine light stay on. The service department ran a test, and was total I need a senor assy-oxy. This item was installed, however , it did not correct my problem. I return back with the vehicle and it required additional testing. It was discover that the manifold catalyst was the problem. Mr. Mulholland worked with me correcting promble to my satisfaction. I want to thank all the personnel in involved. I will return back for any future repairs. More
