Service was good. I purchased this vehicle from SW Kia and have always received excellent service. Since my service advisor was off that day, it was difficult getting status updates. This doesn’t reflect on the quality of work. There just seemed to be a lack of communication due to my service advisor being off. More

Prompt and courteous I needed an inspection and had to come late in the month, so expected to be there several hours. Much to my surprise, Craig responded to my question o I needed an inspection and had to come late in the month, so expected to be there several hours. Much to my surprise, Craig responded to my question of how long I might be there as about an hour. I'm pretty sure it wasn't a full hour when he came to get me. He was friendly, but very efficient. It's nice to know you can count on the people who work there to do you right. Craig sure did, though I don't ever remember any bad service. This is a place to do business! More

Heather, Service Department is great ! I needed my headlight replaced, it ended up being the entire assembly. My teenage daughter was helping me out to get the car there and wait on it and I needed my headlight replaced, it ended up being the entire assembly. My teenage daughter was helping me out to get the car there and wait on it and bring it back to my work. Heather was so helpful and explained everything to my daughter so well.
