Great Service! I brought my 2016 Soul in for her second oil change and service this Wednesday. Ralph/Rafael helped me. He is personable, friendly, and very helpful. I sat in the waiting room and was greeted by a very nice gentleman showing me where the coffee and snacks were. He gave me updates on how the service was going. I really appreciated that. Very nice waiting room. I always appreciate how comfortable it is. I have been having my cars serviced at your dealership since 2010 when I bought my first Soul from you. I did not have to wait very long, which was really appreciated. I used coupons that were sent to me when I first bought my car so I didn't have to pay for the service. That really made my day! Service center I was having a problem with my air conditioner not blowing, it stopped working for almost a week during at the height of our Texas summer. The morning I was having a problem with my air conditioner not blowing, it stopped working for almost a week during at the height of our Texas summer. The morning of the appointment it began working again. Because I had already set the appointment up. I took the car in. I was told when I got there that there was nothing that coud be done to help solve my problem and to bring it back if did it again.REALLY!!!! The guy seemed to not want to be bothered because it was to late in day on a Saturday. Thanks for your help I won't be back. More

Heather was fantastic I brought my car in for my 1st oil change & I was explaining to Heather that I had a problem with the door not closing all the Heather was fantastic I brought my car in for my 1st oil change & I was explaining to Heather that I had a problem with the door not closing all the way.
