New to town I had just moved to the Metroplex from Central Texas. I wanted a dealership that was as good or better than the one I used there. My Kia Optima was due for an oil change, and I read on yelp that SW Kia was the place to go... The competition had too many bad reviews, and away I went. SW Kia is farther for me to drive, but well worth it. These guys are truly there for customer service. This is my new dealership. More

One of the lights had come on my dashboard, so I brought my Forte in to have it looked at. Craig Greene is the representative from the service department that I dealt with. He was very friendly, polite and professional. He informed me that there was a nail in one of my tires and that it would need to be replaced. He also gave me an estimate on how long it would take for the service to be completed. Everything about the process was to my liking. More
Failure to rotate tires on 2 occasions Aug 13, 2015 requested oil chg. & tire rotation. After completion noticed the tires had not been rotated. On March 17, 2016 requested tire rotation Aug 13, 2015 requested oil chg. & tire rotation. After completion noticed the tires had not been rotated. On March 17, 2016 requested tire rotation & oil change. Again NO TIRE ROTATION was performed according to before & after photos. Everyone at the dealership is very nice & cordial but I will not go back to this service department. Their creditability for actually completing a legit service request that is recommended by the manufacturer has been compromised. Glenn More
Friendly, quick, hassle free. This was my first oil change for a used vehicle that I purchased. I drove up and there was a line of cars and a gentleman came up shook my hand and to This was my first oil change for a used vehicle that I purchased. I drove up and there was a line of cars and a gentleman came up shook my hand and told me where to go. I got out of the car and went inside. 30 - 40 minutes later someone called my name. They already knew my service was covered and I didn't have to pay anything. That was refreshing because when I go to Central Kia for my other Kia, I always have to tell them what I have in order for them to charge me correctly. More
