Transmission Leak Repair I brought in my Kia for a diagnostic on a transmission leak. Benny, in the service department, walked right out and met me as soon as I pulled in and I brought in my Kia for a diagnostic on a transmission leak. Recall I had a scheduled appointment for a recall on my Kia Soul (Bella). I was told that it was going to take about 3 hrs. or so. I was out of there withi I had a scheduled appointment for a recall on my Kia Soul (Bella). I was told that it was going to take about 3 hrs. or so. I was out of there within 1 hr. I wasn't even ready to leave yet. It feels like home when I'm there. Every employee working there speaks to you and are extremely friendly. It definitely feels like home. I especially would like to give kuddos to GARY, service center, JERRY, product sales and JAIME, sales. These guys are amazing! Thank you guys for the hospitality given to me each and every time....Oh, one more thing, I get soooo many compliments on my Soul. I even take the time to show them the inside and how good it is on gas :-) More

Very good customer service I came to this dealer since they could do my safety recall the earliest compared to the other Kias. They had me in and out in an hour and a half. Outstanding Service I must say, I was highly impressed with the service we received from the service dept! Not only did they take care of my wife's car, but they took car I must say, I was highly impressed with the service we received from the service dept! Not only did they take care of my wife's car, but they took care of my mother's car, especially when she was in a real jam. They didn't hesitate to take care of us. The staff were very friendly and personable. Matter of fact, we live in McKinney, but drive down to Mesquite to receive the service here. Kia Huffines in McKinney is a joke, so it's worth the drive (and headaches) to Mesquite to get what we need done. As soon as we pull up, the staff here immediately approached us and had us checked in and gone. Downright awesome! Gary Wells the service advisor is very professional and very caring. I haven't had great customer service like this in a long time. It's a comfort to know Southwest Kia cares for their customers. It stinks to have something happen to your car, but makes it better when you know you're being taken care of. More
