Always satisfied My service was excellent...oil change and car wash! Even though I had to wait an hour when my sales agent saw me sitting outside on his arrival, he sa My service was excellent...oil change and car wash! Even though I had to wait an hour when my sales agent saw me sitting outside on his arrival, he said hello and offered me water, etc. Just seeing that smiling face (I love Mike Jones) as well as that "I can get it done attitude" of my service technician when I told him I had to leave really made the wait worth it. My only caveat is that my window sticker never stays on - the last one came off and I managed to find it but with this service I am not sure what happened to it. By the time I got home it was gone. More

Service Visit I have been a customer of this dealership for several years and as usual was pleased with the service that I received. However, I was not pleased to I have been a customer of this dealership for several years and as usual was pleased with the service that I received. However, I was not pleased to find out that the service writer that I have used for the same number of years was leaving that day. I am not sure what the reason was but all I can say is that he was a very positive aspect to your business. Gary Wells was always pleasant and courteous. He was very helpful in explaining things and took the time to answer all my questions. He went that extra step for me, as a customer. I truly will miss him and hope that the person he told me to work with is at least half as helpful. More
