Southwest Kia Pre-Owned Super Center responded

Jessica failed to mention a few crucial points. When she first purchased the car she complained of an odor in the car and some dog hair. I paid over $100 to have her car professionally detailed at her choice of detailers. Then several months after her purchase she complained of paint coming off the front bumper. I said bring the car by, and let’s figure out what the problem is. If she didn’t do anything wrong I would have taking care of the problem. But once the car got here it showed several signs of being in a fresh accident. We then tried to explain to her that she has a claim with insurance company, not her auto dealer; she went off at this point, crying and screaming at us. During this part of the conversation I offered our discount at a repair facility and to pay for the gas she is mentioning. Southwest Dealer Group has a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. If we have an opportunity to help our customer, we do so with out being asked. But in this case our dealer group can not take responsibility for damage we didn’t cause. I wish Jessica happiness in her first vehicle purchase and I hope she goes through the proper channels in the repairs of her car. Thank You Justin Sage
