I was greeted immediately. I was given a time for completion and it was done in the time frame given. The service was friendly. This dealership cannot keep service writers and on my last visit they didn't have enough staff and the whole process seemed haphazard. This visit was first rate from start to finished. I consider service after purchase to be more important then what happens when you buy the car.
