I contacted Southworth via phone in wanting to come look at a used truck they had on the lot. I was connected with Logan who immediately answered my questions. Although the truck that I was interested in wa at a used truck they had on the lot. I was connected with Logan who immediately answered my questions. Although the truck that I was interested in was already sold, Logan did an excellent job in sending me information on other trucks they had available. We made an approximate timed appointment with him based on our busy morning at home, he kept in touch via texting, and when we arrived he was waiting at the door for us! He had all of the potential trucks pulled up near the entrance waiting for me to test drive. We ended up purchasing a truck that we didn't even know was there but perfectly fit our needs. We also needed to get the truck back into service for a transmission seal replacement along with undercoating. He helped coordinate via text message and made sure that we had a loaner vehicle to fit our needs. Thank you Logan for hooking up us with our used truck! We drove 100 miles on a very cold day to look at a car Ryan had posted. He had that one and another warmed up and ready for us to test drive when we got there.
