Our salesman, Mark Klewer, was very personable and easy to deal with. I felt like I was talking with my next door neighbor. He thoroughly explained everything and worked through problems as they came up. He was always honest and upfront about all things related to our purchase. I really, really appreciated his no-pressure ways. I did lots of research on my purchase, so I know that my vehicle was very competitively priced, and there was no need to haggle on the price. The dreaded trip to the finance people was a dream come true. Chad and Molly were friendly and answered a ton of questions. This was an out-of-state purchase so I had lots of questions. Absolutely no pressure to purchase anything extra. On the day I picked it up, the car had been thoroughly cleaned, serviced and filled with gas. To top off the whole experience, Mark treated us to a pie from a local cafe! That was definitely a first in my car buying experience.
