Service made simple I brought my vehicle in for a recall air bag replacement. I had to wait about a month to get in, but I didn't mind. I dropped my car off the night prior and on the way to the dealer, my wiper blew off. The next day, I received a call offering to replace the wipers. I'm happy they called me with the upsell because I would have forgot. It made it convenient for me and I appreciated that. I also could not pick up my vehicle during business hours since I work full time and live a half hour away. They made paying my bill over the phone easy and they were able to put my keys in the vehicle for after hours pick up. Overall my service experience was simple, easy, and convenient. Thanks again!
