They did the recalls that needed to be fix on my vehicle and since my inspection was due in a couple months off Service department was very efficient. Our contact person was Katie Penrod and I have to say that she is the reason we chose to buy our new car at Spangler. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and honest. She was also authorized to give us a quote and let us know all additional fees we would incur in advance so there were no surprises. Once we finally decided which car we wanted, it only took a few days to come in. At the dealership, Katie introduced us to the actual sales guy, Jared, who was also great to deal with. Our price was already agreed upon via email (and by the way, it was a good, fair price!) so there was no last minute haggling or upcharge. Jared let us know about Subaru's Starlink system, how it works and also the various extended packages you can purchase, which we declined. We spent quite a bit of time with Jared as he patiently described and demonstrated all the features of our new car. He was very helpful, an effective teacher and a good humored guy. We'd also like to mention Denise, the business manager who walked us thru all the paperwork and warranty information. She was great too, very professional yet friendly and forthcoming. All in all, we were very pleased with the whole experience and would not hesitate to recommend Spangler Subaru. More

Very Disappointed Took my Subaru in for an inspection, oil change & tire rotation. Was called & told rear brakes & rotors needed replaced. Over $700 later....my teenage Took my Subaru in for an inspection, oil change & tire rotation. Was called & told rear brakes & rotors needed replaced. Over $700 later....my teenage son & daughter both reported the brakes seemed weird, they had to almost stand on them to get them to stop. Took the car back & they told my son there was a large air pocket in the brakeline, they repaired it. Very disappointed something like this was missed, putting my family in danger! Never received a phone call or anything. More

Routine service I had my tires rotated and oil and filter changes recently. My wife took my car for the service. I like Subaru technicians to perform all work, even routine things, on my Forester. The only complaint I have is that my drivers seat was soiled. I did get most of it off with upholstery cleaner. More
