The car we were originally interested in was a mess, or the car was driven to xxxx and back before we arrived. It was odd.... We were a bit disappointed that the car wasn't cleaned up, even though we were told that was being done as we were signing the papers. The business manager seemed irritated that we did not buy the Extended Warranty. I will give them another shot in a few years when I'm ready to buy another convertible. More

It was beyond expectation.The first thing Nico did was hand us the CarFax, we didnt even ask for it. Drove it, loved it ..... we saw the finance guy, and he came in with the number we needed. We had to hurry and clean out our trade-in, we left with the car that day. Whole experience took 2 hours... these people have definitely done this before. We went in ready for high-pressure, it never happened ... we left with the car that day because Spano's HOOKED US UP :) More
