I expected to out in less than 2 hours because I knew what I wanted. This is a reflection on the dealership - not Nick. Love the BMW Z4 and hope we get a chance to deal with Nick again. More

Not a good detail We bought a nice BMW from Spanos. We're fairly happy with car however after only a week we brought it to the local BMW dealer and found a problem and We bought a nice BMW from Spanos. We're fairly happy with car however after only a week we brought it to the local BMW dealer and found a problem and had to order a part. We were not satisfied with the lenght of time it took them to get the car ready for delivery and had to drive there twice . 4 hours round trip each time. The salesman said they would comp us for the gas . They never did,in fact the car was almost empty. When we got the car home we realized that the car was very poorly detailed and pretty dirty overall. Already had to replace a tire which had been patched twice and inside of the sidewall was severely damaged . Our salesman (Mike) was a nice guy and did a good job for us. I feel that Spanos needs to pay closer attention to detail when selling a car. More

Best shopping experience ever! Period I've been on the market for a used Porsche Cayman for some time and was recommended to Spanos Motors by a good friend. After seeing their inventory and finding a 2007 with good mileage, I reached out to them with a list of questions, and was lucky enough to have Jack Rabeaux handle my inquiry. Jack went above & beyond my expectations! Met him in person on a Saturday, took the vehicle for a test drive, and spoke numbers with him. I felt no pressure and didn't feel rushed. After putting some thought into and going over the information with Jack, it was a no-games transaction, and the final price was exactly as negotiated (no last-minute surprises), I drove back 4 hours on Monday to get the vehicle, and he even stayed after hours to deliver my new car. I must say, this whole purchase was quick and painless, and the dealership made the process easy. Brad in finance was excellent in finding us the best financing and warranty options. Again Brad spent time explaining everything very well. I would have to say everything was a great experience up until we came to pick the car up. The detailing in my opinion should have been done much better and checked by Nick prior to us picking up the vehicle the next day. More

Upon arrival I was introduced to Jack Rabeaux and I told I recently purchased my 2003 Porsche Boxster S from Spanos Motors in Daytona Beach Florida. Upon arrival I was introduced to Jack Rabeaux and I told him I was looking for a later model Porsche in good condition, Jack said that they had a number of pre-owned and we went back to review each one. What I would like to say at this time is that Jack encouraged me even though I like this particular model, Jack said if I was going to purchase any of them that was the I should buy. The reason I am saying this Jack could of tried to up sell me to other models that were more expensive but he was looking out for what I was looking for and not trying to sell me a more expensive model.
