Libby Gardner is the best sales associate I have ever dealt I was driving home with my wife from Jacksonville, Florida where we had just purchased a car when we saw a car on the lot at Spanos that was the type I was driving home with my wife from Jacksonville, Florida where we had just purchased a car when we saw a car on the lot at Spanos that was the type I was looking for as a second car. we stopped to check it out. it was the wrong year, but we looked around. Libby greeted us as we walked in the door. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the cars. She answered all of our questions and did not pressure us. when we decided to buy, she walked us through the process and helped us select the options that worked the best for us. she made us feel like she was a friend, not a sales associate. that feeling was put to the test when a warning light came on in the car we bought n the way home. After agreeing to fix several things to put the car in excellent condition, Spanos also agreed to fix this. if e lived closer, we would take the car there for all service. when i came back for the repair, I asked Libby where a good place for lunch was. As I was walking there, I tore a muscle in my calf. Libby personally came and picked me up and arranged for me to be taken to an urgent care center. this typified her above and beyond attitude. It made the car buying experience enjoyable, despite some difficulties. I have been buying cars for over 30 years and have dealt with a dozens of sales people and dealerships during that time, and of them all, Libby Gardner was the best! More

Best car buying experience yet! My car was stolen, so I was not in a good frame of mind for car-shopping... I had looked at their website and knew that Spanos had a few cars in the My car was stolen, so I was not in a good frame of mind for car-shopping... I had looked at their website and knew that Spanos had a few cars in the inventory that sparked my interest. I went in to browse and met Donnie Rowell. He was friendly, but not pushy at all. He stayed close enough to answer all my questions, but without being intrusive. He knew the features of all the cars we looked at, and was able to point out the differences between models and years. I waited a week before going back and buying the car. And the great thing during that week was that nobody from Spanos hounded me! I plan to have this car for several years, but will definitely go back to Spanos when the need arises. Great Dealership to work with online and off I was looking online for a 2009 Audi 4 Convertible for about 5 months. I found several that looked to be what I wanted in my car. My brother and I ca I was looking online for a 2009 Audi 4 Convertible for about 5 months. I found several that looked to be what I wanted in my car. My brother and I called several dealerships around the country and found some unreliable, some unresponsive and just not professional. When I called Spanos and talked to Nick, the picture changed to a kind, reliable, responsive and professional experience. All my questions were answered and Nick or someone at the dealership were in constant communication with me. I never saw the car until it showed up at my house. They knew what to do to get my dream car in Florida to my dream car in my Maryland garage. It takes a huge leap of faith to buy a car online. I did it and I would do it again.
