My purchase of the Mercedes Benz C300 4matic I came in to spanos imports on 19 November 2016 to look at their inventory of cars on their lot and also to just get some prices and to see how much m I came in to spanos imports on 19 November 2016 to look at their inventory of cars on their lot and also to just get some prices and to see how much my payments would be, but as soon as i opened the door and came inside, i found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. They assisted me with showing me several different Mercedes Benzs that were in stock and explained everything to me.. My sales agent was Jack Rabeaux and i would like say that he was "on point" with knowledgel, customer service and friendliness and i would highly recommened purchasing a vehicle from spanos. I would like to say thank you sp much to the General Manager, Finance Manager and entire staff for making my purchase and visit a great one.. More

SHADY... HIT OR MISS. I did end up buying a car from them. While there were good parts of my experience with them, there were an equal number of bad parts. PROS: -They I did end up buying a car from them. While there were good parts of my experience with them, there were an equal number of bad parts. PROS: -They have nice used cars that are priced very competitively. -The "quality inspection" they gave my car before I bought it resulted in them making some substantial repairs to the vehicle, which I was thankful for. -Once I got a decent sales person (Dean Shaw), he was good to work with pre-sale. (See Cons for post-sale experience with the same person.) CONS: -One sales person said he would call me back, but didn't. -One of the sales people told me the cost of an add-on warranty was over $1000 lower than it actually was. -The sales person who processed my purchase told me that Spanos would take care of me with their 30-day warranty if there was an issue. But once the sale was made, he would not return my emails. However, pre-sale he consistently responded to all emails within an hour. -During the sale, the business manager gave me his card and said, "call my cell if you have any problems." When the sales person did not respond to my emails, I called the Business Manager. But he wouldn't accept my call and also did respond to the voicemail I left. BOTTOM LINE: If you get the right sales person, the purchasing experience can be okay. But good luck getting an trustworthy sales person. Two out of three I worked with were bad news. And don't expect them to honor their 30-day warranty post-sale. More

There were a couple on my list that were no longer in stock. Honestly, it didn't matter -- I drove 5 hours and wasn't disappointed in their available stock. I ended up purchasing my #2 selection on my list but easily could have been just as happy with 200+ other vehicles they had. Nick was my dealer and he was pretty awesome. I actually liked the guy thinking what a sharp young man he was. The Sales Manager even came over to thank me for my military service. We made the deal and I paid for the vehicle. I had not intended on financing the vehicles, but the finance department found me such a great interest rate, I could not resist. I would definitely buy again from them. I did run into a problem on the way back when the check engine light came on. Rather than have me drive 5 hours back, the general manager allowed me to have it looked at and repaired at a local BMW dealer. The light came on again a few weeks later and was something different. I was heading out that way in a few weeks anyways, so the general manager just had me get the codes that was the cause. When I arrived, the service department was awesome. They had already ordered the parts and provided me a loaner car. My car was ready the next day. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up my car and they had detailed it for me for the inconvenience. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. More

Made a Bad Experience a Great One! Had my car stolen the night before and my husband stopped by there and said he saw the perfect car for me.I came in with him before we visited Daytona Had my car stolen the night before and my husband stopped by there and said he saw the perfect car for me.I came in with him before we visited Daytona Wrecker to see the damage to my Caddy.Nick greeted us and was very friendly.I contacted him via email that night and said we would be by to test drive the next day.He contacted me back right away(which is sometimes a rarity).Came by the next day and Nick had the car already out of the showroom.A nice young lady got my husband coffe and kept him company while Nick and I took car out for a spin.It was a no brainer.From there Nick got the ball rolling very quickly.Dean and Brad jumped in to help to get us out of there quickly.It was a no BS experience without the usual salesman speak!!Would recommend to anyone!! More
