Libby was delightful and I love my BMW! I have been looking for a well maintained BMW for a couple months. I live in Jacksonville and thought since it was so close I would drive down and see if what I was viewing online was true. Well, it was better than I expected. They were very polite and even had small conversation with me to get to know me better. I later talked to the salesman Carlos and after hearing me out and knowing what kind of car I was interested in he introduced me to this 2012 Jaguar that I fell in love with.
