My service yesterday was horrible, horrible and horrible. I dread going back there if anything happens to my vehicle again. Customer service was at an all time low. I’ve been waiting for my car to be repairs since December 11th. When I call I get no answer and whenever someone does answer I am faced with lies. One of the GM’s was very rude and did not hold anyone accountable for lying doing a sale. This was my first time financing a vehicle. I was lied to about a 2 month warranty by one of the financial pers accountable for lying doing a sale. This was my first time financing a vehicle. I was lied to about a 2 month warranty by one of the financial person and the price I would receive with my trade-in by the sales person. (Bought lesson for me) Never sign to anything they tell you verbally, have them do it on paper. (Make sure you get a copy) One of the worst experiences. The disrespect was Awful. The GM person said they wasn’t going to fix my vehicle because of something like wear and tear (something to that extent) And he would not honor what the financial person said about the 2 months. (Fixing my Vehicle) ( of course the finance person lied about it, and said if they did say it , they apologize. (What???) Then the GM person told me they have nothing else to say to me. They are done. (even though I had a witness) And they said that it sounds like I have buyers remorse. No… you guys should have LIARS REMORSE!!!!! More

I have taken my kia up there twice in the past months and they still have yes to fix it... the check engine light came back on 2 days later after both visits so obviously they just cleared the code and didn' they still have yes to fix it... the check engine light came back on 2 days later after both visits so obviously they just cleared the code and didn't try to even look for a problem and a salesman tried to get me to trade mine in but why would I do that when they won't even fix the one I have... will not be back there!!!!!!!!
