They were so helpful and accommodating that this time, when I was ready to lease my son his first car, I went straight to them. They put my son in the perfect car at the perfect price. They went above and beyond to get us a great deal. Ashley, our sales rep, took the time to explain every feature the new car had to offer. She was so friendly and knew everything there was to know about every vehicle on the lot. She was able to get us in the perfect car. I felt like it was not about making a sale but more about making us happy and that is something very very rare these days. I would recommend Sparks Toyota to anyone and everyone. The dealership is clean and everyone their works effectively and efficiently. They have a very large selection of cars, SUVs, trucks, and even sports cars. They offered us free oil changes for the next two years on the leased vehicles and threw in a bunch of little extras. I had a very good experience on more than one occasion and I'm very happy to do business with them and we'll be doing more in the future. More

I came into sparks Toyota knowing what I needed. I expressed what I needed to mr. Rick and he and the sales manager made it happen! I being a single parent is hard enough, but when these two gentlemen expressed what I needed to mr. Rick and he and the sales manager made it happen! I being a single parent is hard enough, but when these two gentlemen put there heads together to make a lower payment for me with better gas mileage, I couldn’t turn down the offer!
