I came into sparks Toyota knowing what I needed. I expressed what I needed to mr. Rick and he and the sales manager made it happen! I being a single parent is hard enough, but when these two gentlemen expressed what I needed to mr. Rick and he and the sales manager made it happen! I being a single parent is hard enough, but when these two gentlemen put there heads together to make a lower payment for me with better gas mileage, I couldn’t turn down the offer! Thanks to Toyota, I have a safer car with better gas and on a single parent budget! Thank you sparks Toyota and mr. Good customer service but poor execution I was satisfied with the Customer Service Agent. What was lacking was: 1. the Oil Change Service window sticker was for a different car and it wa I was satisfied with the Customer Service Agent. What was lacking was: 1. the Oil Change Service window sticker was for a different car and it was placed close to the middle of the window obstructing my view and the location where the old Oil sticker was removed from still had leftover residue. Seriously?? The Tech. Could not spend one minute to do the job right? 2. It was recommended that I replace two filters. There was no effort to bring the filters to show me. I trusted the CSA this time but next time I will ask to see them first. More
