Service Department is terrible. When in for oil change and tire rotation. Told them apparently the wheel weights came off again some as our 1st visit that lasted over 6 hours. So no problem rotating tires anyways so I have noted it and they will check. Hour later after we saw our truck sitting in the parking lot comes a in and says oh the original mechanic didn't see note. So another Department has to look it over. After another 1/2 hour we were told yep it's the wheel weights. So balancing and will be out. That took another hour . We spent almost 3 hours and had to go back the next day because they either did no rotate the tires or did it 2 times. We knew because I always mark the tires and keep track of the rotation. Not happy at all. More
