He noted that I usually dealt with Billy, who lives in my neighborhood, and asked if I would like him to call Billy. I said that would not be necessary as I had just come in for an oil change. He also said that I could probably use a tire rotation as well and that they would do the multi-point inspection. He then said I could wait in the waiting room and he would let me know when they were finished. I got a cup of coffee and sat down to read a book that I had brought along. Soon he was back with my bill and explained what had been done. He was very professional, courteous and friendly. All in all, a very good experience. More
