TERRIBLE Bought a vehicle from Sparks had a problem with the airbags turning off. Took vehicle in 5 different ocassions and the problem is still an issue. Customers Beware!! Sparks Toyota Customers BEWARE. I was an out-of-state buyer and purchased a 2017 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro truck from Sparks Toyota. Not only did I pay t Sparks Toyota Customers BEWARE. I was an out-of-state buyer and purchased a 2017 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro truck from Sparks Toyota. Not only did I pay top dollar for the limited edition vehicle, I had Sparks install a lift kit. Following installation of the lift, the vehicle began experiencing problems. After consulting with Toyota, I learned the installed lift kit was incompatible with the TRD Pro and the manufacturer advised that it be immediately removed to avoid additional damage. When confronted with this problem, Sparks refused to remedy their negligent work. Sparks advertises as being experts in Toyota trucks but they are not. Apparently once Sparks gets your money, customer service no longer applies. More

After owning a car for 15 yrs, you almost have to learn how to drive all over again ...especially getting used to the no key system and all the technology that now comes with the newer cars.
