Very Positive Experience We had a very positive experience. The salesman, Michael Holmes, was very patient with my wife and I and took time to show the different cars in the H We had a very positive experience. The salesman, Michael Holmes, was very patient with my wife and I and took time to show the different cars in the Highlander model and was very open to our questions and concerns. He is an excellent salesman and went above and beyond to explain all parts of the sale and make sure we understood all the options that came with the Highlander. Also, Jay Garner, the business manager, was very pleasant and enjoyable to work with on the finance part of the sale. The only downside I encountered was all the different "extras," offered such as tire care packages, extended warranties, etc... at closing that drives up the cost for financing when you get ready to close, but a common ploy used by 99% of all dealers...I would definitely buy a car here again. More

Before this, I had no intention of looking for cars, and I had no idea about models, new features, etc. Bobby was a wonderful advocate for me with the dealership, and they earned my business by beating another dealership’s deal and locating the car I was looking for in a very timely fashion. Bobby earned my business by providing information without being pushy. I love my car and would buy from Sparks again. More
