However, at Sparks, even though the car has in excess of 223000 miles on it, I was given some good suggestions for future needs based on age (of the car that is) and the MPI (multi-poiint-inspection). Once again, for wheel alignment, to have it done right, go the real deal, i.e. Sparks or any Toyota dealer. I've been in the area for over 10 years and visited Sparks several times and been more than satisfied. More

It is nice to know I can shop in my own backyard and no I'm going to get a decent deal. I have nothing but good to say about their service department and the waiting area. Very close to Lexus offers. The dealership is modern with four service Lanes. If someone is looking for Toyota or even a good used car and lives in Myrtle Beach or not I am certain they will have a good experience especially if they do their homework. Purchase of 2017 Highlander We just took delivery of our new Toyota Highlander from Sparks Toyota. The buying experience at this dealership was excellent. Although they didn't have the vehicle we wanted, they got the vehicle we wanted in about four days. Our salesman, Terry Marcum, was a pleasure to work with. He listened to what we wanted and didn't try to sell us something we didn't want. He keep us informed on the progress and notified us when the Highlander arrived. He explained all the new technology the Highlander had to offer and set up our cell phone while we were there. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle at Sparks Toyota to look Terry up. It was also a pleasure working with Jay Garner, Business Manager. Buying a used car can be very scary but Al took as much fear out of the equation as he possibly could. He actually drove the car to a AAA certified garage for an independent inspection of the vehicle which really helped to address our concerns about how the car would perform after driving it off the lot. Certain concerns about future service were addressed by agreeing to perform certain specified repairs at cost for the next six months. More
