The Absolute Best Service!!!! I give a five out of five stars for this establishment ! From when I received my trade quote to Shauna calling me back, emailing, and texting me to se I give a five out of five stars for this establishment ! From when I received my trade quote to Shauna calling me back, emailing, and texting me to set up a time for me to come in to assist in finding something for me. I was not going to come in because I was still on the fence about letting go of my vehicle that had no payment but was in dire need of being replaced to have reliable transportation for my children. Shauna helped me to come in. Shauna greeted me with great kind enthusiasm and introduced me to the nicest patient salesman Michael B. who went out of his way to find the best car for me and my budget. He cared enough through the process to make sure that I was happy and comfortable by asking me if I would like anything to drink and offered all he could offer to help. He made the process seamlessly easy and quick. Michael also provided all the information he could upon answering all of my questions. He then took me to talk with Zachary the finance manager who had a great sense of humor and was willing to work at getting me the best price possible he made me feel at ease and was respectful and helpful even offered to charge my phone that was dying. Both of these men went above and beyond to assist me in during something that I needed to do for my children and I pray to God and thank him for providing me with the opportunity to meet these nice gentlemen who made a stressful situation into a calmer one. After I met with the finance manager, I met with Michael again where he took another half an hour to assist with switching items from one car to the other and providing bags and boxes to help transport easier. He also helped to set up blue tooth with my phone and showed me how to make phone calls through the car. I thank God everyday for providing people to assist in my life's everyday endevors and these employees; Shauna, Michael, and Zachary are true blessings in helping others when in need. This is a lot to say from an individual who has thrived to help others as a counselor. I want to say, Thank you from the bottom of my heart, your employees; Shauna, Michael B., and Zachary are truly remarkable people and have the best customer service I have seen in a long time. You truly are blessed to have them and continue to excel in making Sparks Toyota the best dealership ever! More
