Car buying experience Mike Brigilo showed us vehicles we were interested in and explained the options on each. After settling on the Highlander XLE we went inside to look a Mike Brigilo showed us vehicles we were interested in and explained the options on each. After settling on the Highlander XLE we went inside to look at the floor model. It was very impressive...except for the color. Toyota could do a little better with paint colors. There were no other XLE's to look at. Mike was very personable and extremely knowledgeable of the vehicles and their options. After making my wife, Ellen, and I comfortable we picked the options, color, and interior we wanted and ordered it. Mike got us through a lot of the paperwork while we were there. We were treated more as friends than customers. Patrick Sparks came by a few times to see how things were and whether he could be of assistance.. Jay took care of the financial end and like Mike, was also very personable and knowledgeable. All in all, we got what we wanted, and then some, and walked away feeling good about the process. Mike kept us informed of what was going on and when our vehicle came in he showed us the options and how to get to them. Mike followed up with call to see how we were doing, which is rare nowadays. Ellen has even been back to see Mike to have him help with setting some of the options. This is the second vehicle purchased at Sparks and we'll be back for the next. P.S. The service department people were also very friendly when we had our Venza serviced. More
