When I arrived at the dealership I knew exactly what vehicle I was interested in , so when I was greeted by Jay Garner, I told him my desire to see the 2013 Camry advertised on sale. He took me to that vehicle, no hassle to see anything else. I didn't like the color that was on the lot, he told me a black one would arrive in two (2) days. At my request, he wrote a buyers order for the black vehicle. I returned with check in hand and told him I changed my mind; and I found a used Ford Edge on the lot that was absolutely perfect in every way. It was a very clean, garage kept, low mileage vehicle in excellent condition. He worked with me and gave me a great price. I would absolutely recommend Sparks Toyota Scion to family and friends and I am confident that I will make future purchases from this dealership, especially if Jay Garner is my salesman. More

I started my search on line and within 24 hours I had a call from Todd. We chatted, but then I got cold feet. Todd never pressured me regarding sales or even inundated me with calls. Anthony Lane is an awesome person; regardless of your situation he makes the best of it. It's hard finding a salesman that's straight up and fair. From the very first Spark'sToyota has treated us well. We were down from MA looking for property and I had a window problem. It was going to rain and Spark's jeri riged the window right away and to well. We were down from MA looking for property and I had a window problem. Within a few minutes of that time they took the car in and repaired it at nearly half the estimated cost. After that they had our loyalty. Recently, a guy speeding on Rte 95 caused an accident and our 1 yr old Prius was dammaged. Spark's Toyota gave us a trade in for a new Prius with out the dammage devaluation and a discounted new Prius of our choice. Service above and beyound is the norm for Spark's Toyota. I have been a loyal Toyota customer for over 15 years because of sales and service! Cox Toyota in Burlington, NC from I am from originally, was the only dealership out of five that offered me the best de because of sales and service! Since then, I have leased two other Toyotas from them and was very undecided about changing dealerships, but I have moved to SC, so they are no longer convenient. On 6/27/13, I contacted Troy Leonard Sales Mgr at Sparks Toyota in Myrtle Beach, SC. I explained that I had a coupon that was expiring in 3 days, currently was leasing a 2011 Camry and needed to make a decision on whether to purchase it or turn it back in for another lease on a 2013 Camry? He kindly looked up my information in the computer and confirmed that I was correct. I proceeded to ask if he could recommend a salesman that I could trust and could I come over after work that afternoon? When I pulled up, there was such a kind gentleman, named John Vilardi that asked if he could help me? I advised I was there to see Troy Leonard and he kindly let Troy know I was there! Troy advised me that John could help and he did so! We looked over almost all of the Camry's on their lot, within my budget. Together, he and Troy figured out what would best fit my budget and also called SETF to see if I was eligible for a cheaper rate? Troy contacted me the next morning to let me know that I could receive a cheaper rate, while John was at an appointment! Now, I am the proud owner of a brand new 2013 Camry and loving it, thanks to both of those kind men!!! Thank you guys! More
