Not the typical salesman I went to Sparks Toyota knowing what I was looking for and how much I was willing to spend. I was met in the lot by Mike Decarlo,right away I could t I went to Sparks Toyota knowing what I was looking for and how much I was willing to spend. I was met in the lot by Mike Decarlo,right away I could tell this experience would be different than the last couple of dealers I went to that day. Mike was interested in what I had to say about what my needs were. He followed me down the lot rather than leading the way to a car he was trying to sell. After selecting my car we discussed price and financing, my situation was different than the average deal and Mike saw it through and made it happen. Mike went as far as giving me his cell number to reach him when he wasn't in the office while everything was being processed.This wasn't just sales,this was truly hospitality and customer service at its very best!!
