Treated like old friends We've only lived in the area for a bit over a year, so we were surprised to be treated like returning customers when we stopped in this past Saturday We've only lived in the area for a bit over a year, so we were surprised to be treated like returning customers when we stopped in this past Saturday (10/17/15). We were promptly greeted by Bobby Hemphill who listened to our needs and preferences and found us the perfect RAV4 on the lot. We cut the deal (including the trade in evaluation) and drove home in just a couple of hours. Zach Johnson was efficient with the paperwork, explaining options and allowing us to make the choice that met our needs and pockets. Kudos to the entire staff. This may have been our first purchase at Sparks, but it won't be our last! More

M y husband passed away in September; and I had to have a smaller vehicle than his Tundra to accommodate my two large dogs. Patrick Sparks & Leon Johnson could not have been any more sympathetic for my loss; they did everything possible to see that I got into a RAV4 that suited my needs perfectly; and Zack Johnson, Finance, was just as compassionate & helpful. No pressure to buy today but just enough to insure one goes back. From Michael Holmes in sales to the service dept, there is a "class act" feeling one gets there. I have been coming back to Sparks for years and alway enjoy the time spend there whether sales or service. I like that the used cars are all opened up so I can peruse the lot while waiting for service. Many dealers do not do that. The staff is genuine and the entire operation is a class act. From sales to service my expectations are alway been met and exceeded.... I have always had my vehicles serviced by Sparks as they almost reach Lexus/Infiniti quality in their new building, Service bay and waiting area....The main difference is Lexus/Infinti snacks are free However Sparks does have a luncheonette and offers free and very good Chocolate Chip Cookies!!! I have never dealt with a more calm and collected Manager than Will Jordan. We made the deal in 20 minutes. Approach with a fair offer and they will oblige. I highly recommend Sparks , No Pressure here. It is what it is. If you don't like their pricing you have to travel. But a fair offer will be met with a sale... So I am giving Sparks 15 stars, 5 for Sales 5 for Service and another five stars for putting up with me. More
