We needed a good trade value, but we also needed a few items e.g. Rear Entertainment. To meet our payment requirement John McGuckin worked hard with Patrick Sparks to make it work and they did. It's my daughter's car and with four kids they needed the space and features of the Sienna. Bottom line is this, Sparks cared enough to help us get the car, options and price we needed to reach. They didn't try to sell us on a lesser equipped car, didn't try to sell us anything. John helped us achieve a deal on the one car my daughter wanted that met our needs. Great job! More

Michael had all the time we needed to decide on our vehicle. well in one visit we had our new vehicle and it was ready to drive home. but since we were not really out to buy we did not have our check book so Michael followed us back to the house to give him the check for the down payment, prior to going back to the house we were told we could drop off the check tomorrow if we like. Michael and the rest of the Sparks team were great and made the car buying experience a pleasure. Out of State Purchase I wanted a 2-wheel drive Tacoma and could not find one in WV where I live. Since I was going on vacation in Myrtle Beach, I contacted several souther I wanted a 2-wheel drive Tacoma and could not find one in WV where I live. Since I was going on vacation in Myrtle Beach, I contacted several southern dealerships. Sparks was the only one active in seeking to take care of my request. Chip Bull arranged everything so that this was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. No other dealer or sales person was wiling to try and help me. Chip picked up the opportunity and saw it through to the end. I was surprised at other dealers, especially in the north who would not order what I wanted. However I am glad that Sparks Toyota worked as hard and made it such an easy purchase. I told them what I needed and would pay for the truck after 3 months of research and frustration and they gladly met the price structure I gave them and I experienced not a single hangup with them. Great Job! I went on vacation, and picked up the truck to drive it home. Great truck too by the way! More

Run don't walk away from Sparks We purchased a used 2012 Toyota Corolla from Sparks in March 2014 and they saw a couple of suckers coming!! When we went back to Sparks in November to We purchased a used 2012 Toyota Corolla from Sparks in March 2014 and they saw a couple of suckers coming!! When we went back to Sparks in November to discuss a trade the told us we owed $16K on a car with a trade-in value of $11K. We're adults and should have known better but $4000.00 profit on a used car is wrong!! They could have told us we could buy a new Corolla for almost the same price but their margin is higher on a used car! The sales manager reached out to us to try and help but never contacted us again so if he can't help us we're HOSED! Sparks is every crappy "used car/used car dealer" cliche in the world! RUN DON"T WALK AWAY FROM SPARKS TOYOTA! More
