It was well worth the 3 hour drive from our home in NC. Charles and my husband had all the details worked out over the phone prior to our arrival, so when we got there all that was left to do was sign the necessary paperwork and we were on our way home with our beautiful new car in no time! We made a couple of visits, the first time bringing a cooler, and the normal suitcases we travel with, and was assisted in seeing the Prius V and the standard Prius with our travel load. We finally settled on a normal Prius with help from the salesman Dave Turbeville and we purchased our second Prius so we are a 2 Prius family. Thank you for all the help making our decision. More

My salesman was the best John Vilardi is a classic good guy no pressure all the things you don't find in a car dealership normally. But I guess when your product is good you know it will sell itself. He did the best information tour of the car at delivery then I have ever had and this is not my first new car purchase in fact it is my 5th new car demo since 1999, I had no questions when he got done and that was awesome. New 4 Runner I was in the market for a new 4 Runner and could not seam to find a dealer to work with me. Price was not the issue it was just finding the car I want I was in the market for a new 4 Runner and could not seam to find a dealer to work with me. Price was not the issue it was just finding the car I wanted. I was headed to the beach and decided to send Sparks an email just to see if they could help me out. They called ( Imagine That) I told them what I wanted and they put me in touch with Chelsea. Who is excellent by the way. They ordered what I wanted. It came off the boat and straight to the dealer the next week. Awesome experience. One more quick note. There are huge advantages to buying from a larger dealer. Most people stay away from that but it is well worth it. I will be back to Sparks for the next car. More

When they know your price, they work hard to get as close as they can to it. I traded in my 2002 Camry which ran great and would have outlasted me till death. However, because the deal was outstanding, I figured why not die in style riding my new Camry. Sounds morbid, but overall a great experience buying this car. More

My 1st non GM car in 54 years It was a tough decision purchasing a car from other GM after working for them 33 years and always buying GM cars before and after. I could have gotte It was a tough decision purchasing a car from other GM after working for them 33 years and always buying GM cars before and after. I could have gotten a GM cheaper with my discount, which is the only benefit they haven't taken from us salaried retirees after the Government took them over. The GM cars we looked at did not have equal storage space to the RAV 4. I easily got four sets of golf clubs in the back of the RAV4, while cars in the same class such GMC Terrain, Chevy Equinox, Subaru Forester, Nissan, etc. required the clubs go in sideways or you had to put one seat down, leaving no room for the fourth golfer. Only Honda CRV could handle the four sets of golf clubs like the RAV4. Checked a lot of cars and only Honda CRV and Toyota RAV4 met my price and space criteria. The RAV4 was actually higher in price, but had a few more features that attracted my wife. The Honda dealership was a little more low key, but I understand Sparks' position of selling cars. Down Townsend was a real gentlemen. Don did as much as he could to answer all our questions. He pointed out the differences in the base model vs. the Limited model we eventually purchased. Don has called us multiple times in the first week to offer additional help in fully utilizing all the many features this car has. I would not hesitate recommending my friends see Don Townsend if they were considering a Toyota. We never dealt with anyone named William Jordan. We did finalize all the contract negotiations with Jay in the Business Office. He was polite and answered all or questions related to various price and financing options. Obviously we have not had the need for their service department to work on the car after one week of ownership and I cannot give any opinion at this time. More
