Was rather upset when my bill was given to me. A $35.00 disposal fee was added but was not part of the original quote. It is evidently their policy not to add these fees to the quote. Last visit a cabin air filter was installed without my authorization for which I paid. An agreement was reached on the disposal fee. Just not happy that their bills have to be cautiously reviewed . Went to Sparks to purchase a new Tacoma. Salesman sitting outside didn’t even get up. I noticed that Sparks was also one of the dealers who gouged buyers by charging way over the MSRP. Wa Salesman sitting outside didn’t even get up. I noticed that Sparks was also one of the dealers who gouged buyers by charging way over the MSRP. Walked away and glad I did. Check the complaints on the BBB website. I would follow someone inside the show room who had purchased a vehicle from Sparks Toyota, just to see how stupid they were. More
