Sparks Toyota Myrtle Beach is the worst dealership and has the worst service center. They will not stand by their warranty and they lie about their extended warranty. I know someone who works for them or has the worst service center. They will not stand by their warranty and they lie about their extended warranty. I know someone who works for them or did work for them. THEY WERE told they have friends put 5 star ratings on reviews to boost their rating and it is not even close to a 1 star. They treat you as if you are ignorant and dismiss you with no further discussion. You call corporate and they send the complaint back to the dealership, like that helps. STAY AWAY THEY are evil. Pray for them! More
