Friendly, clean and helpful on the sales side. Maintenance department is a little lacking. Get the feeling (proven by how technician fills out report) inspection is “glossed” over. Example. Service advisor approached me and gave me a price to replace it. Changed his mind when he found out that the air filter was an aftermarket K&N. This past visit, tech checked that the belt was bad. New belt installed 2 months prior. When I received the checklist, there were indications of some type of leak. Nothing was mentioned about it from the service advisor. Took over one an half hours for an oil change. Not impressed with the maintenance department. More
