This is my first visit to Sparks for Service. My Service was for 90,000 miles on my 2011 Avalon. First - At the time for my Service Appointment - I was greeted by Ernest Hayes who was an excellent person serving as the Service Advisor. Ernest was very courteous and thorough as we talked about the Service that was needed. Time for the Service was estimated as 1 Hour and the work was completed “on the dot” Second - All the work requested was completed and appears to be very good ! Last - I would rate the Sparks Service Department and work performed with 5 Stars. THANK YOU VERY MUCH - I WILL BE BACK FOR THE 95,000 mile Service soon. More
