When checking out there was a problem. I gave your representative a coupon for the oil change for $39.95 but gave me a bill for $111.00. I reminded him of the coupon and went back to corre I gave your representative a coupon for the oil change for $39.95 but gave me a bill for $111.00. I reminded him of the coupon and went back to correct it. He came back and told me the bill was correct. I told him to check it again. He did and corrected to $48.99. I don't understand how the coupon stated oil change and tire rotation is $39.95 but being charged the $48.99. The bill states $25 for labor, $44.99 for parts, and $5 for a miscellaneous charge. Then subtract $30 for less insurance. The coupon states oil change parts and labor and tire rotation. Your bill makes no sense. More

Made an appointment for an oil change. Arrived 10 minutes early and was informed it would be 90min wait because they were backed up.
