I came to get my oil changed and tires rotated. They were very nice and was completed in a timely manner. While waiting I went to the parts department and asked about an aftermarket part that was “ They were very nice and was completed in a timely manner. While waiting I went to the parts department and asked about an aftermarket part that was “on sale” on Spark Toyotas website. He said I could not get the sale price in store. I did this same thing in Toyota of Wilmington for another aftermarket part but they allowed me to purchase online for the sales price and was able to pickup in 10 minutes. The parts department guy told me I would have to go through the whole process which takes 24-72 hours and doesn’t make a lot of sense to me because I like almost an hour away. Overall the service department was very friendly but the parts department was not much help. More
