Twice now I have been told that the engine air filter was dirty and should be changed when in fact it was a new filter I put in a few days before service. They also wanted me to have service that they said dirty and should be changed when in fact it was a new filter I put in a few days before service. They also wanted me to have service that they said was required when it was not according to the warranty manual. Very disappointed with the service department. Tire pressures were all at 40 PSI when the PSI rating for the car is 35 PSI. This has happened in the past. More
