My service advisor, Shay, was very responsive, friendly and professional. I was there for a 40,000 mile service; Shay explained things that needed to be done. Later, without pressuring me, she explained the results of the service inspection and walked me through what needed to be done now and what could wait longer. While I waited at the dealership, I walked laps around the parking lot. A couple of sales people approached me as I walked but were very friendly when I explained what I was doing. Because of Covid, I did not want to sit in close proximity to other people, so I sat very comfortably out in the showroom. Another employee asked if he could get me a bottle of water while I waited. A very friendly and pretty fissionable service of employees and a comfortable and clean dealership. More
Nice people. Service was quick. I called 1 day & got in the next. Went for a recall & of course they found something that wasn’t covered by the recall. Rather than haggle, I paid the diagnostic fee.
