My service advisor, Shay, was very responsive, friendly and professional. I was there for a 40,000 mile service; Shay explained things that needed to be done. While I waited at the dealership, I walked laps around the parking lot. A couple of sales people approached me as I walked but were very friendly when I explained what I was doing. Because of Covid, I did not want to sit in close proximity to other people, so I sat very comfortably out in the showroom. Another employee asked if he could get me a bottle of water while I waited.
