I called and made an appointment to have the headlights installed that I bought. I was told it would cost $125.00, I made the appointment. We had a wonderful experience! We first shopped on line to view available cars which was not an easy task as server would not allow all to be seen. However, we made an appointment and the car we wanted to to view available cars which was not an easy task as server would not allow all to be seen. However, we made an appointment and the car we wanted to see was pulled up to view. As it turned out not exactly what we were looking for. Kendra took time to show us all available. Kendra never pushed or was over bearing to make a sale. There were a few things we wanted fixed and Kendra exceeded our expectations. Finance was a breeze with Jay. He was just as amazing to work with. Jay never tried to push or sale us any additional warranties just stated the facts. This allowed us to make a good judgment decision. we left with our 3rd Camry and could not be more pleased. Thanks to all that assisted us.. we could not be any more happier. Bought a 2021 Corolla Hybrid with FOB remote start used it for 1 week and Toyota disabled the feature. Went to Sparks Toyota to ask them how to enable it and they said the car was never equipped with tha it for 1 week and Toyota disabled the feature. Went to Sparks Toyota to ask them how to enable it and they said the car was never equipped with that feature and I said it definitely was as It was in the manual and the sales manager said he had been doing this for 25 years and not to try to tell him about Toyotas and he told me to “Get off his lot, and get on down rather road”. I couldn’t believe his attitude. I later confirmed with Toyota Corp that the car was equipped with remote start but was not supposed to be and they disabled it. The big question is why? No one will say. Don’t buy from Sparks. More
