2 bad experiences. Took Highlander & had radiator replaced. 8 bolts fell out on way home and gravel deflector flapping in the wind. $600 plus charge. Dec of 2020, Bought 2021 Corolla Hybrid LE. Cam replaced. 8 bolts fell out on way home and gravel deflector flapping in the wind. $600 plus charge. Dec of 2020, Bought 2021 Corolla Hybrid LE. Came with remote start with FOB only not phone app. Used my FOB remote start for 2 weeks and then hit decline this service on phone app by mistake and remote start no longer work. Took to Sparks Toyota and 2 salesmen and sales Mgr said car not equipped with remote start I tried to show him with another car like mine on the lot and he wouldn’t listen and told me to “GET OFF HIS LOT” Will never go black to Sparks Toyota. Went to another Toyota Dealer and verified what I was saying that all 2021 Corolla Hybrids LE come with FOB remote start.and they don’t even know that. Sales mgr at Sparks Toyota refused to even discuss it or try to help me. I bought the Corolla in NC where I had bought a new car before. Reason I didn’t but the Corolla at Sparks was because of the bad experience on My Highlander. Save yourself some trouble and stay away from Sparks Toyota. I plan to buy a new Highlander but definitely will not buy it from Sparks. More
