Bought a used 2019 suv back in November 2023 and paid extra for the bumper to bumper warranty. Took the car in for an oil change and to fix the gas door because it would not open when the lever was pulle extra for the bumper to bumper warranty. So the frustration comes when they tell my daughter the car doesn’t need an oil change because it’s good for 10k miles (that’s fine but their oil sticker says otherwise). His response was we can’t make it say 10k and of course no one mentioned that during the purchase. Next, the gas cap door should have been covered under “Fuel Door” in the warranty book of 2000 items! But of course it wasn’t and they charged my daughter for a spring 🙄. It’s sad that you pay 30k for a used car and pay extra for an extended warranty only to find out they want every penny they can get from you. I truly thought I found a better car dealership but clearly not. More
