Service advisor approached me and gave me a price to replace it. Changed his mind when he found out that the air filter was an aftermarket K&N. This past visit, tech checked that the belt was bad. New belt installed 2 months prior. When I received the checklist, there were indications of some type of leak. Nothing was mentioned about it from the service advisor. Took over one an half hours for an oil change. Not impressed with the maintenance department. More

The Service is good however pricing is out of line when compared with other dealerships. For example we were able to get a much better deal on our 2020 Toyota Highlander in Virginia compared to here.
