Good customer service but poor execution I was satisfied with the Customer Service Agent. What was lacking was: 1. the Oil Change Service window sticker was for a different car and it wa I was satisfied with the Customer Service Agent. What was lacking was: 1. the Oil Change Service window sticker was for a different car and it was placed close to the middle of the window obstructing my view and the location where the old Oil sticker was removed from still had leftover residue. Seriously?? The Tech. Could not spend one minute to do the job right? 2. It was recommended that I replace two filters. There was no effort to bring the filters to show me. I trusted the CSA this time but next time I will ask to see them first. More
